I have to make a Invoice, for Rs. 1000/= to other state, my query is should 2% cst or 2% + cess
pl give me total figur.& what should I write on Invoice, out put CST, out put sales tax,VAT

There is no cess concept on CST, just add 2% as CST against C form Rs.20= total invoice value 1000+20= 1020
