19 April 2011 We have our headquarter in U.P. and having our branch office in gurgaon. Now, we need to purchase some goods from Bangalore against the C form. The C form will be issued by the Head office (U.P.) only, and we need to take the delivery directly from Banglore. we want to avoid the delivery via head office as it will increase our time and cost. please suggest can the seller send us the goods directly in gurgaon (haryana) and get the C form from our Head office in U.P.

CTO of Bangalore is nothing to do who ever issues the C-Form. As u said u r Hq is at UP and u r Branch at Gurgoan and would like to take delivery directly from Bangalore to Gurgoan. It can be done, bcoz, u r corporate will have Haryana CST registration also, if it is there with u r Hq. than u r Hq. will issue the C-form. If u r branch does not have CST registration, than it is not possible to issue UP C-form. First confirm with u r Hq. about Haryana CST registration.
