24 February 2014 An inter state sale made to an EOU is fully exempted. Where this should be mentioned in CST form and which section covers the same?

26 February 2014 it shouldnot exempted, seller can charge CST to EOU.
EOU can claim CST paid against form C thru prescribed formality.

as far as i know, SEZ and 100% EOU are different.
