21 February 2009 What is FORM-C? to whom it has to be given?

21 February 2009 Form C Is Declaratin form in case of Centeral sales which is issued by registered dealer to consignor (saler)for charging lowest CST at the time of sale.

Purchaser will recd from sales tax office & issue to saler(Consignor)

21 February 2009 C-Form is a Government stationery issued to a dealer upon request and payment of fee by the Commercial Tax Authority of the dealer. It is used to buy goods from outside the state of the dealer at concessional rate of tax. Present rate of CST ,covered by C-form,is 2% of the value of the goods.
