can i undergo my cs training under my sister , is there any rule debarring this in cs course??

Yes you can, if your sister is a PCS. There is no restriction on same.

sir , a friend of my sister told her that a student cant undertake training under his relative , are you sure that there are no restrictions regarding this??

No such restrictions. You can also check and confirm from ICSI.

what is the exact proceadure to start training under modified scheme ,
i have cleared under old syllabus and mumbai wirc is saying me to first submit "appendix c "and my marksheets and get permission but when i emailed it icsi delhi asked me to submit all documents including my contract , but i still have to search for a pcs
