Cs marksheet policy

08 March 2013 I passed my CS Executive in June 2011 and but hadn’t received any physical marksheet except the soft copy as ICSI provides Marksheet only on CS Professional level. I recently cleared the Professional Exam and received the marksheet recently but that doesn’t mention any record about my Executive marks. I want to know what will be the records of Executive marks only the print out of that softcopy??

08 March 2013 CS has discontinued to send the hard copy of marks sheet or pass certificate of CS foundation and Executive programs since December 2010 attempt or June 2011 attempt. So for such programs only soft copy of marks sheet is the record and evidence to qualify.

08 March 2013 That means I have to carry with me the printout of soft copy.
Am I going to receive any certificate also on passing CS final
And one more thing, is there any exemption from 15 months practical training for CA

08 March 2013 Yes, you have to carry soft copy print out. Yes you will received CS final pass certificate.

Yes, there is exemption to CA's for doing 15 months practical training but has to satisfy some conditions. I am not clear about such conditions but have small idea regarding the conditions.

1) such CA has to be have practice experience of 3 or more years

2) he has to be a practicing partner in a firm which has at turnover of 25 lacs and above

3) and has to apply for exemption to training with in 3 months from the date of registration to CS.

I am not sure about the period and turnover above mentioned because of one year back i read this conditions in the students journal of CS and at that time i didn't considered it serious as i not eligible for that but 99% sure above there conditions is there any above is also possible but not sure regarding period and turnover.
