07 September 2013 i have appear for ipcc in nov 2013 and i also have an idea of company act. The company law in cs executive is too voluminous. how to prioritize the chapters and topic?

In IPCC corporate Law paper give a basic under standing, but under CS Corporate law have more lengthy.

I will suggest you to only read study material and last 5 time suggestion paper.

You have priority on following chapter regarding:

1. Director
2. Buy Back
3. Formation of Company
4. Remuneration of Directors
5. Meeting
6. Auditors
7. Books of Account
8. Dividend

07 September 2013 Analyze the weihatge by using scanner. Prioritize for chapters with greater weightage. Also target objectives as they take minimum time and fetch maximum marks.
