02 July 2022 we raised credit note in gstr 1 , so should we update HSN NO belongs to credit note too.
is there any option for hsn wise updation for credit note as credit note auto populated in gstr 1

02 July 2022 Yes HSN summary will be updated taking into account credit notes also. Since HSN summary is the summary of supplies in a month HSN wise and since credit notes reduces the amount of supplies the effect of credit notes also to be taken in HSN summary. GSTR-1 has also been updated since some months now to accept negative figures
