12 February 2014 is credit card payment more than 20000 in cash is disallowed??? is it cover under that provision???

12 February 2014 what you mean by credit card payment in cash? if you mean payment to credit card company, i dont think that can be disallowed given that you dont pay to credit card company in relation to an expense...

other expert opinion is welcomed on this.

12 February 2014 Payment is to be deposited with the banker even if paid in cash. Although the entry will not reflect in your bank books but it can be argued that payment is via bank only. I don't think so it would be disallowed.
