I have applied for CPT registration 09.02.12 and made fee 6000/- for registration and 200/-for students journal. Is it necessary to register for examination seperately for 2012 Jun exam?

Yes, Exam fee has to be pay separately in April 2012 for June 2012 along with the examination application.
