30 March 2012 sir/madam,
will cpt exemption come into force by april 9th?s t true?s there any official news regarding dis?i read that draft notice in which it is stated that it may or may not come based on the suggestion......so i want to know whether it will come or will there be any delay?pl clarify my doubt.

As per Notification issued by institute on 23.02.2012, it says that it will be made public after expiry of 45 days from its publications, so after 9th April 2012 it will be available for public to take benefits of such draft notifications.

So, I will suggest you to wait till 9th April, 2012.
