jisne graduation kar li hai use CPT se exemption hai kya or kya wo direct IPCC me registration karwa sakta hai kya. iska procedure kya hai.

abhi tak ye rule pass nahi hua hai, jab pass ho jayega to direct IPCC me enter kar sakte ho
