Hello sir,
i m graduate wid pass class(53 percent) registered for pe2 in 2005 thereafter converted to ipcc yet didnt clear any group am i eligible for direct entry scheme

No. You are not eligible for direct entry as at least 55% marks are required for a commerce graduate.
