04 April 2014 CTC is just a way by which employer are trying too fool people.....

CTC contains every cost incurred to company because of you

like your salary,incentive,fooding,accmodation,insurance,vehicle phone facility,esi provident fund.... everything...............

Why the Employer Reduce the CTC. This is having any Specific formula or accounting policy for deduction.

But If they Reduce the CTC than Gross Salary will be affected give me Example sir, than I can understand Better.And what benefit they get by reducing CTC.
