how to arrive the Per cost as per the cost accounting standard

Different Cost accounting standards deal with different cost like
CAS-6 is describe about material cost
CAS-7- deals with Employee cost
CAS-8- deals with cost of utilities.
so every cost has Cost Accounting standard accordingly you can arrive the cost
