06 December 2014 dear experts I would like to submit recently my son got married he intended to change her wife's surname in her existing pan card. In this connection I request you please inform me what are the documents required for changing in the existing pan card thanking you Chandrasekhar

07 December 2014 For married ladies - change of name on account of marriage - marriage certificate, marriage invitation card, publication of 'name-change' in gazette, copy of passport showing husband's name (or vice versa).
