28 December 2010 I have uploaded form1A and then realised a corrcetion in PAN of 1 of the Directors.
Can someone please tell me how can i make the corrcetion?

Please contact ROC official and request for resubmission, thereafter you file Form 1A with correct PAN.

However, PAN is not required for proposed director. DIN is required to be mention in place of PAN.

28 December 2010 Once form 1A has been uploaded and fees has been paid for that ,it cannot be rectified.

28 December 2010 If e-form 1A is approved, e-form 68 can be filed for rectification.
