23 October 2011 I am a recently Qualified 1st attempt CA.
I have applied for COP and have received a letter from ICAI informing me that i have been granted COP (though COP hasnt still been received, i will receive that shortly)
After i have made the application i have joined service with an Corporate..
So do i need to surrender my COP ??
Is there any way in which i can do both.. (Practise & Job) though i am ready to ensure ICAI that i wont do any Audit & Sign any B/S
I wish to continue my service & also hold COP.. is that possible ??
Plz help..

23 October 2011 not possible at all.
during service, COP can not hold by a CA. if he/she holds COP with job then it is a miscondect by him/her.

23 October 2011 can i hold it by taking permission from institute under regulation 190A ?
part time service & part time practice..

23 October 2011 their is no provision for part time service & part time practice.
