can a private limited company be converted to partnership firm? If yes then what is the procedure?

According to me conversion of Private Company into a partnership firm is not possible.
You may form a partnership firm and sell the company's undertaking to the partnership firm then dissolve the company through due process under Companies Act, 1956.
