06 June 2011 Suppose you need to convert Public Company in to Private than all the requirement of the Private company suppose restriction on public subscription is required to fulfill and make correction in all the documents and submit altered MOA and AOA to the ROC and published a news informing to all the person affected by the change and also inform all the Department.
