if dairy farm business(only milk is sold to co-oprative society without making any by products), is going on agricultural land, is there any requirement to convert the agri. land into non-agri. land
why it is required to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land. what are the steps taken into conversion.

It can not be treated as agricultural firm and the dairy doing business so need registration and required to pay tax as applicable.
