A Partnership firm has been converted into a Private limited company on September 14 2009. Should the company file two income tax returns for the assessment year 2010-11 one for the firm and the other for the company seperately?

yes firm for the period 1.4.09 to 14.9.09 & company 14.9.09 to 31.3.10
