Conversion from Pe-II to IPCC

Dear All,
Can you please anybody give me suggession for my career?
I have already given 5 attempts to PE-II,but i am not geting pass.
Now i want to convert from PE-II to IPCC and i have already registered for 100 hours ITT training but I am not written that exam.
What is the procedure for conversion and the registration for 100 hours ITT training is still available or not?
Give me reply as early as possible.

just fill up the form for conversion and submit the fees Rs. 10,000
