Dear all
we have taken contract for supplying labour to one of the manufacturing company. i am individual. please let me know whether this contract will cover RCM or not.

Manpower supply and security services when provided by an individual, HUF, or partnership firm to a body corporate are being brought to full reverse charge w.e.f. 01/04/2015.
Currently, the service receiver pays 75% of the service tax due and balance is paid by service provider.
