we have taken contract for supplying labour to one of the manufacturing company. i am individual. please let me know whether this contract will cover RCM or not.

please clarify..

23 April 2015 Manpower supply and security services when provided by an individual, HUF, or partnership firm to a body corporate are being brought to full reverse charge w.e.f. 01/04/2015.

Currently, the service receiver pays 75% of the service tax due and balance is paid by service provider.
