14 December 2010 One of my friend starting a construction agency. He is not of commerce background. He need guidance in this regard right from incorporation to filing of returns annually? In what way i have to guide him

14 December 2010 there are some general law/rules which has to be followed irrespective of the industry like for incorporation of company ,first has to take DIN No ,then apply for company name(assuming he is interested to form a pvt ltd company),& so on ,similarly taking up of PAN/TAN no ,filling on TDS return all are general rules/regulation of our country.There are some specific rules also for construction industry like applicability of
Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and working Conditions) Act ,some changes comes in the provision when we talk about applicability /compliance related to ESI Act ,etc.It is better to higher some practicing professional in this regard as now days there are different act /rules applicable to a company which need to be adhere to.
