Confusion-whether go with INSTITUTE COMPILER or PADUKA

i have found different solution for same problem between PADUKA and INSTITUTE COMPILER. it seem that PADUKA solution is more logical. in this situation whether i should go with INSTITUTE COMPILER or PADUKA.
Pls suggest.
