Confusion on group 1 and 2 of ipcc

10 August 2012 i appeared in may 2012 exam. i passed group 1 but i failed in audit so in group 2. i am worried am i passed in group 1 and can i go articleship now or failing in group 2 will make me fail in group 1 also.
plz help

10 August 2012 Both group are independent of each other. If a student appears for both the groups and clears one of them, he will be declared passed in that group.

He will have to appear only in the second group.

So, do not worry, you have cleared the first group and you will remain passed in this group.

You have to appear only in the second group.
