Conduct of agm -companies act 1956 or 2013?

21 December 2013 A company was incorporated on 8.1.2013. As per Companies Act 1956- the AGM shall be held within 18 months from date of incorporation or within 9 months from closure of accounts, whichever is earlier.
But as per Companies Act 2013, the AGM should be conducted within 9 months from the closure of accounts.
Kindly answer what is the time limit for conducting the AGM, if accounts are closed for 3 months (i.e on 31.3.2013) and for 15 months (on 31.3.2014)

02 May 2014 within 18 months as per the provisions of companies act 2013?
