company incorporate ason 01.04.2011 as Ltd, what is the due date for coducting the AGM,if not conducting AGM with in due date what is the compliances

According to the section 166, in case of newly incorporated company, AGM must be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation, in your case cut off date for holding AGM was 30.09.2012
