hello i'm a govt school teacher paying my income tax through salary bill. i have availed home loan as a sole account owner and paying loan in a sole loan account. my pay disbursing officer is now asking a noc from my spouse that he is not using my loan repayment for his tax filling. now my query is 'is that necessary?'

no it is not necessary..but no harm in giving so if there is nothing to hide!!
