Compliances of new incorporated pvt co

We have incorporated a new pvt company in feb-2015 but no business has been started yet. No capital has been inserted even bank account has not been opened. Promoters want to start the busniness from next year means in f.y 2016-17. My query is is any compliance need to be done with ROC where only name of the company exist ,no board meeting , AGM has been done so far. Please let me know if any thing need to be file with ROC

No filing right now. But has to convene board meeting and AGM according to law.

Thanks for the reply sir. But sir if we convene board meeting than we need to file directors interest in MGT-14 , . Is there any time limit to insert capital in the newly incorporated company? or a person can start business any time when it suits him.

Filing of MGT-14 (disclosure of interest) for Pvt Ltd company is done away w.e.f 5.6.2015 and filing of INC-21 (to bring in capital by the subscribers to the MOA & commencement of business) is not required by virtue of the omission of section 11 w.e.f 26.5.2015.
