08 October 2013 Hello Experts...
A private company has paid up capital of Rs. 1.00 lac as on 31.03.2013, but it has on the date of AGM paid up capital of Rs. 11.00 lacs.

Whether the company has to file form 66 for the year?

08 October 2013 Hi

Please confirm whether such increased capital was 1 lac at the time of adoption of director reports or not.

If at the time of adoption of directors report your capital has been increased then it is required to file Form-66 otherwise not.

08 October 2013 Agree with Expert

08 October 2013 No need of a compliance certificate u/s 383A of the Companies Act,1956 in FY 2012-13 since the paid up share capital is less than the threshold limit during that year.

Company need not file e-form 66 for the FY 2012-13.
