hii to all
mY articlship is going to complete in next year near abt 19.02.2011. in my 3.5yr training period . i was on a 6Month leave for a Personal work outside india ... ..
my qUERY is that .. on completion of my training on 19.02.2011 . someone told me that i hav to submit Form 107 along with 108....???
plzz Help
and as per Icai Provision Extended Training Period Can b Serve under new Employer ???/ ???

you have to submit Form 107 only.

thanks but i hav visited ICAi help desk .. and they told if I want to continue under the same employer then i hav to submit 107 .. but if i want to change my employer ... i need to submit only form 108.. and made a new deed 102 and 103 submit to the iCAi within 30days ......plz clearify ???
