We have pVt.Ltdf.com having paid up capital is Rs.6 cr. so pls. advice us whether as per new companies act,2013 whether is it compulsory to us to appoint a full time co. secretary in our pvt.ltd.co

No need to appoint whole time CS since capital < Rs. 10 crores.

As per rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 appointment of whole tine CS is not required for Pvt Ltd companies.
