22 December 2012 we r going to appoint a whole time co. secretary as required under co.s act
At present the said Co.secretary is in full time C S practice.So pls. tell us what formalities is to be done by the said C S member to accept our post of co.s Whole time co. secretary.

So Can a whole time company secretary (appointed by a Pvt Ltd.Co.) be able to sign compliance certificate as required under / by co.s act.

It should be noted that at the time of appointment the member of ICSI should not be in Practice. He will withdraw his practicing number before appointed as whole time employment.

You need to file form 32 for his appointment.
No compliance certificate required if you appoint a whole time CS in a Pvt or an unlisted public company.
