13 October 2013 Dear Sir,
i need some profiles of companies or firms , i just want to know how to prepare profile of Concern of which bank is going to sanction cc limit (working capital loan)

thanks in advance

13 October 2013 They will check the criteria like Physical assets held, past 5 years turnover, debtors velocity ratio and imp fin ratio etc.

13 October 2013 For working capital loan, the important things shall be:

1. Turnover and its projections for last two years. (as Tushar bhai said, they will look at the past performance on this too). Banks don't like to see downward trend in turnover.

2. Working capital gap. Remember the banks fund this. They won't fund you beyond the working capital gap.

3. Collection policies and defaults on this (bad debts or slow debt movement)
em
4. Inventory cycle

5. Margins, EBITDA, PAT, proposed interest coverage ratio

6. Future projections

7. management ability to deliver where considerable increase in revenue is indicated.

14 October 2013 sir can u plz send example of already prepared profile of company.
i know about ratio, i just need readymade business profile describing about company from history to future projection

14 October 2013 Work on it friend...copying won't help you. Its better to make a bad report on ur own instead of copying.

My view. I m sure many will disagree.
