While filing company return each and every entry for TDS record needs to be typed in the return. Is there any technique by which the process can be simplified.

You can also give the total in single entry mentioning the last date in TDS certificate.

Don't do that. You can group TAN wise and date wise. Other type of grouping will lead to data mismatch with form 26AS which will definitely affect the tax credit.

I meant to say total amount in a TDS certificate. Say in a TDS certificates there are 10 entries (sometimes in TDS certificate of Banks there are more than 30-40 entries and a annexture is enclosed) you can show agreegate of those 10 transaction in a single row. Mentioning the date as last date of TDS deduction as per the certificate.

I little disagree with B.Chackrapani Warrierji Grouping can be possible TAN wise.
In my practical experience . if there are lot of tds transactions of same TAN ,then same can be grouped in a single column as suggested by Guptaji.
By following the same procedure i got the IT refund A.Y - 2009-10.
