Plz suggest the procedure of revising form 23B...........

23B is filed by auditor to ROC. Ir is filed when an auditor accept the appointment letter from the company.
If auditor have wrongly filed Form 23B with ROC in that case,new auditor can file revised Form-23B with ROC.
