Company Registration Form- Held in Abeyance

11 June 2009 We have filed a form for registration of company with ROC Mumbai. After carrying out all the corrections; prescrutinised documents were uploaded. FOrm 67 was filed and physical documents delivered at ROC. Now the site shows status as Held in abeyance. What does this indicate? No mail received from ROC

11 June 2009 Well it indicates that there is nothing to worry. let them verify Form 67 and other registration formalities and registration of company is in process. To get it done faster you can take help of PCS also.

13 June 2009 Agree there is nothing to worry but constant followup with ROC is very necessary.
