If we apply for a company name approval to ROC through Form 1A & such - we also chacked the name availability in ROC site & also we given all the required details whatever is needed for name sellection like - name significance & object of the co - but ROC is not giving that name then is there any superior authority to whome we can apply for name approval.

28 December 2010 ROC will have objection in granting such names which are similar or identical to the names of companies already incorporated.

There may be some resemblence in the names requested for by you. That's the reason for denial.

You may approach the ROC personally and convince him for the name sought for by you or he may agree subject to a small change.

I will suggest you that before filing Form 1A, you read naming guideline and Common reason for rejection given with Form 1A on MCA portal. This guideline reading will help you.
