As per my understanding the same should be allowed by ROC. However wait for other opinions.

The key words herein are, Management / Financial / strategic.These words should not be generic when compared with the main object of the company. If it happens to be generic, the applied name will not be approved. In other words, the name selected should have relevance with the main object so as to obtain approval.
