17 December 2014 one of my client Pvt ltd company incorporated in the year 2009 and not commence any business operations till date, now the company wants to wants to wind up the operations through fast tract exit route.

1. whether CLSS 2014 applies to the company.
2. The company not defaulting in filing any documents with ROC.
3. Pre fill in Form CLSS 2014 details of documents filed under the scheme is NIl

I want to know whether CLSS 2014 applicable or not applicable for non defaulting companies choosing FTE.

17 December 2014 You may apply for striking off the name of the company by filing e- Form FTE at 25% of the fee payable on e-form under CLSS 2014

17 December 2014 Sir,

Under CLSS 2014 scheme before filing FTE form we have to file CLSS 2014 form online duly complete in all respects.In that form Point no 3 says there should be at least any one default.if not the CLSS form can not e filed. in my case the company not even commence the business so there is no question of default. In this background what i have to do just pay Rs.5000 under FTE or any alternate way under CLSS 2014 possible.
