what kind of resolution (ordinary or special) is required to be passed to transact an ordinary business at an AGM?

Passing of ordinary or special resolution is dependent on the nature of transaction.
For example the matter of increase in authorised capital is to be passed through ordinary resolution.
The matter of change in object clause is to be passed through special resolution.
