16 March 2013 Evry company is required to file ITR but there is company who has not filed ITR for AY2010-11
Whether there is any way to file ITR now otherwise what can be done...

17 March 2013 Last date of filing IT Return for AY 2010-2011 was 31.03.2012. So now you can not file the IT Return without any notice from IT department. Contact your Jurisdictional officer.
