14 September 2010 Do i need to submit form 18 & form 32 together with form 1 for incorporation of a new pvt company? the form 1 says an undertaking by CA that form 18 & 32 are being filed together with it. So what should be done?

When you are filing incorporation documents with ROC, it is general practice to file Form 18 and 32 with Form 1.

I will suggest you, when you file Form 1 you also file Form 18 and 32 in sequence as per MCA indication.

14 September 2010 So it means I need to file 1st Form 1, then form 18 & form 32 on the same day of filling form 1. correct me if i'm not getting it right.

14 September 2010 Yes you file them subsequently after filing Form 1.
