23 December 2013 last week have applied for incorporation of a company, but mca required certain docs. for resubmission, so kindly explain the following:-
Clause 2 of MOA requires modification

Utility bill not legible. main object requires modification.

AOA should be resubmitted as per section 2(68) of act 2013 to the extent applicable.

Please clarify the above mentioned 3 queries as soon as possible. its quiet urgent

23 December 2013 1. Don't know what you have mentioned in clause 2, so cant comment

2. it happens sometimes that the attachment is legible(readable). So you can take a better scanned copy and reattach it

3. Registrar may have found some discrepancy in the objects you mentioned.

It is advisable that you meet the concerned officer at ROC to seek clarification and amend the documents accordingly.

24 December 2013 I have mention in clause 2:-

The Registered office of the company will be situated in state of delhi.

24 December 2013 well that should not be an issue. better meet the registrar to save time.

24 December 2013 Sir, for AOA should i ammend whole articles or defination of pvt. company only.
