in ceiling limit maximum 20 company audits are permitted per person.

For the ceiling of 20 companies,as per section 141(3)(g) of the Companies Act 2013, there is no distinction between private and public limited companies.
New provision has included private limited companies, small companies and One Person Companies in calculation of audit ceiling limit of section 141(3)(g) of Companies Act 2013.
