12 December 2013 I have newly registered an Indian pvt ltd company with a capital of Rs 1lac/-. Wht are the fixed charges like profession tax, audit fees etc, I have to incurr annually?

12 December 2013 it depends on your business nature. some of the compulsory expenses like audit fees can be provided fixed. other than that all other are business nature depends
