17 November 2010 e-stamping of MOA and AOA will differ from state to state. In my state it is Rs.1,500/-.

17 November 2010 The above has been mentioned for the state of Maharashtra by me and it includes franking of Rs. 100 for form 1.

18 November 2010 Yes those expenses also will be incurred including charges for common seal, PAN application, TAN application, VAT, ST registration, etc. Also if any professional is engaged in formation of the company he will also charge his fees for incorporation of company.
