please tell me that compnies bill act is aplicable for nov-2014 exam or not?

Companies Bill is not applicable as yet. Companies Act 1956 continue to apply. Difficult to predict whether it will apply in Nov 2014 exam or not. We dont know when Companies Bill will be enacted. But i dont think it will be so soon and therefore it is highly unlikely the Companies Bill be applicable in Nov 2014 exams.

Companies Bill was passed is Lok Sabha on 18th December 2012. But still it remain to be passed in Rajya Sabha after which presidents assent will be required. Si it is not applicable on companies as yet. Still long process remains so most likely it will not be applicable for Nov 2014 exams.

It is not applicable for nov 14 exam as specifically also icai have said no in their applicability of syallbus for nov 14, apart from what reason the above expert has given,
